Show time

The stage is set for this coming Monday's 116th Orbost Agricultural Show.
Show president Jason Griebenow has spent many days along with other volunteers and committee members who have dedicated time over the past week preparing the grounds for what is set to be another stellar weekend at the Newmerella Recreation Reserve.
"The grounds are looking amazing – the weather is meant to be quite warm, perhaps the warmest one we've seen in a while for show day," he said.
"We also will have local MP, Tim Bull, at the secretary's office at 10am to present the life memberships for the Orbost Agricultural Society members who will be recognised for their unwavering commitment.
"It's also a timely reminder to bring along some cash given that last year several stall holders experienced issues with terminals and because all good things must come to an end and unfortunately, the return of a gate fee is one of them this year, however there will be plenty on offer to see and do to make it worthwhile.
